A.L.E.R.T. - American Law Enforcement Radar and Training

We also have the unique ability to keep your vehicles in-service as our technicians will service the units at your department. This eliminates any "down time" for the officers. The only product needing to be sent for specialized handling is the Laser Speed Device, which requires re-certification in a controlled environment by an FCC qualified technician. Normally this is a five day turn around. A certificate of certification will be provided for each unit that is serviced. ALERT will provide a faxed notification and/or email notification with a follow up call one month prior to ALERT being in your area. A second fax/email will be made to confirm your appointment date and time.

The Hopkins purchased A.L.E.R.T. in 2007. It is a family operated business with members of the family taking an active part in the business. Donna handles the daily operations of the company. Jackie, a former Arkansas Police officer for more than 17 years, joined ALERT, Inc. as a technician in 2003. His vast experience in radar usage and court appearances has made him an excellent technician. Jackie received commendation for achieving the highest number of DWI arrests for Troop I and was a member of the Special Response Team.
